- Voice call recordings and transcripts — captured during your 20-minute AI intake session to power the analysis and generate your custom report.
- Business information — operational details you share during the audit session (e.g., team size, software tools, workflows).
We do not collect payment card data directly. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider (see Section 3).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the information collected solely to:
- Conduct your AI revenue audit and generate your custom action plan.
- Deliver your report and communicate findings with you.
- Schedule and confirm your audit session.
- Process your payment and manage your account.
- Fulfill our $500/week savings guarantee, including issuing refunds where applicable.
- Improve our AI auditing methodology in aggregate and anonymized form.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Tools
To deliver our service, we rely on the following categories of third-party tools. Each is bound by its own privacy policy and data processing agreements:
- Scheduling platforms — to manage appointment booking.
- Voice AI and transcription services — to conduct and process your intake call.
- Payment processors — to securely handle transactions for the audit fee.
- Email delivery services — to send your report and transactional communications.
- Cloud storage and document tools — to generate and store your custom action plan.
We take reasonable steps to ensure all third-party vendors maintain appropriate security standards. We do not authorize these vendors to use your data for any purpose beyond what is necessary to provide services to us on your behalf.

- Comply with our legal and financial record-keeping obligations (typically up to 3 years).
- Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Voice recordings and transcripts from your audit session are retained for up to 12 months to support quality review and dispute resolution, after which they are permanently deleted.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days and honor all verifiable deletion requests to the extent permitted by law.
