1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any service from ReclaimYourRev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service Description

ReclaimYourRev provides an AI-powered revenue audit service designed to help service businesses identify operational inefficiencies and revenue leaks. The service includes:

• A 20-minute structured intake session conducted by an AI voice agent.
• AI-driven analysis of your operational workflows and software stack.
• A custom, written action plan delivered within 24 hours of your session, including specific tool recommendations, cost estimates, and an implementation roadmap.

The audit is a consulting and advisory deliverable. ReclaimYourRev does not implement the recommended tools or changes on your behalf unless separately agreed to in writing. Results will vary based on the accuracy of information provided during the intake session and the specific characteristics of your business.

3. Payment Terms

The current price for the AI Revenue Audit is $997 (USD), payable in full at the time of booking.

• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. ReclaimYourRev does not store your credit card or banking information.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or currency conversion fees.
• Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment. Failure to complete payment will result in your session slot being released.

4. Refund Policy and Savings Guarantee

ReclaimYourRev stands behind its work with the following guarantee:

To request a refund under this guarantee:

• Contact us at support@reclaimyourrev.com within 14 days of receiving your report.
• Include your name, booking confirmation, and a brief statement that the report did not identify $500 or more in weekly savings.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Refunds are not available for client no-shows, late cancellations (less than 24 hours before a scheduled session), or where the client declined to complete the intake session. Outside of the guarantee, all sales are final.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of the service, you agree to:

• Attend your scheduled intake session or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the intake session.
• Use the delivered action plan and tool recommendations at your own discretion.

ReclaimYourRev is not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by the client or from the client's failure to implement recommended actions.

6. Intellectual Property

Your custom audit report is prepared solely for your use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the report or any portion of it without prior written consent from ReclaimYourRev. All methodologies, AI systems, and site content are the intellectual property of ReclaimYourRev and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ReclaimYourRev's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the audit ($997).
• ReclaimYourRev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
• The audit report constitutes advisory information only. We make no guarantee that implementing the recommendations will result in any specific financial outcome. Actual savings will depend on your business, your team, and your execution.
• ReclaimYourRev is not responsible for the performance, pricing, or data practices of any third-party AI tools recommended in your report.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
